It is that time of year again when we reflect upon all those diggers that tragically lost their lives in pursuit of their country’s freedom. Please come and commemorate with the NY Magpies in what has become their signature annual event: ANZAC Day 2009.
This is the start of summer and what better way to do it than with an outdoor music festival! Live performances are scheduled from:
- Cam McCarthy (didgereedoo)
- Sarah McLellan
- Matt Irvin (Acoustic guitar and trumpet including a rendition of the Last Post during the minute’s silence)
- Luke Dolahenty
- Second Dan (full band)
- Bugs in the Dark
As always, there will be plenty of Aussie beer, wine and spirits together with selected beverages from other parts of the globe. There will be a limited menu available from ‘The Frying Pan’ (map) kitchen with gourmet meat pies provided for purchase by our sponsors.
So get in quick as there will be tons of door prizes from Crumpler bags, The Australian restaurant, Jacob’s Creek Wine and our other key sponsors. (Buying your tickets through PayPal automatically enters you in the draw).
